360 Socks is a sock customization service based in Spain.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Products and Services

We offer customized socks through direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, as well as samples and blank socks.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, slight variations in color or finish may occur compared to the digital preview.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our official website.

For custom orders, you must provide your design or logo in the requested formats.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of confirming the order; for production runs, a deposit may be requested.

4. Production and Shipping Times

Estimated production time will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on quantity, customization level, and shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

5. Return Policy

Customized products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

Samples and non-customized socks: May be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Please see our Return Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

The customer guarantees that they hold the rights to use any designs or logos submitted for customization.

360 Socks is not responsible for any claims arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
