At 360Socks, we want to make sure your experience is excellent.
Customized Products
All personalized socks are made specifically for you with the logo or design you provide.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized orders.
Returns will only be accepted if the product has manufacturing defects or if you receive an item different from the one approved.
Non-Customized Products
Blanks (non-customized) socks can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, except in cases of error or defect.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@360socks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll send you the shipping instructions.
Once the products are received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days.
